Police Offer Free Bicycle Helmets

The Manchester Police Department is offering bicycle helmets for small children, free of charge. Please contact Sgt. Charlie Everingham to make arrangements to pick up yours. The child(ren) wearing the helmet should accompany the parent to city hall for proper fitting. Sgt. Everingham can be reached by phone at 636-227-1385, ext. 303 or by E-Mail at ceveringham@manchestermo.gov .

Residents are invited to subscribe to the city's E-Mail newsletter. The city will send notices by E-Mail to those who voluntarily subscribe to the list. The notices will contain important information including but not limited to, park event notices, special city functions and other issues which the city feels residents should be aware of.
