  1. Sr. Fitness- Strength & Balance

    Strength and Balance- SilverSneakers/FLEX Balance, Strength, & Flexibility Fitness Class geared for ages 55+ This 12 week class focuses on improving strength, flexibility, & balance, using hand held weights, a rubber ball, and a chair. All equipment will be provided. Floor work is not done in this class. Classes taught by Debbie Howe. Resident $36 / Non-Resident $48 No Cost for SilverSneakers fitness program members. If you are a Silver Sneakers member, you must sign up the 1st time in person to participate at no cost. This is not a Drop-In class.

    Tiny T-Ball Ages 3-4: Intro to T-Ball, players learn basic skills: throwing, catching, hitting from a tee, base running, and having fun! This class is led by park staff and parental involvement is strongly encouraged. Each child should wear tennis shoes & bring a glove. Res. $42 Non-Res. $57

  4. Youth T-Ball (Ages 4-5)

    Youth T-Ball Ages 4-5: This class expands on the basics. Players will strengthen skills in throwing, catching, hitting from the tee, and base running. The presentation represents a general summary of the Better Together city-county merger proposal as interpreted by city staff. The information is intended to provide a fair and objective presentation of the facts regarding the Better Together petition, as the City is prohibited from using public resources to support or oppose any ballot measure.
