    Strength and Balance- SilverSneakers/FLEX Balance, Strength, & Flexibility Fitness Class geared for ages 55+ This 12 week class focuses on improving strength, flexibility, & balance, using hand held weights, a rubber ball, and a chair. All equipment will be provided. Floor work is not done in this class. Classes taught by Debbie Howe. Resident $36 / Non-Resident $48 No Cost for SilverSneakers fitness program members. If you are a Silver Sneakers member, you must sign up the 1st time in person to participate at no cost. This is not a Drop-In class.

  1. Community Safety Summit

    May 8, 2019, 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM @ Park Building- Room A

    The City of Manchester will be hosting a Community Safety Summit on Wednesday, May 8, 2019. The Safety Summit will be held from 6:30pm – 9pm at the Paul Schroeder Park Building located at 359 Old Meramec Station Rd. This program is free to everyone and registration is not required. The topics of discussion will be Gun Safety, Suicide and the Opioid Epidemic. Special Presentations will be given by Peggy Neufeld of STL Be Smart for Kids, Manchester Police Officer, Lindsay Weiss, Pam Greenberg of Addiction is Real and Special Agent Scott Collier of the St. Louis office of the Drug Enforcement Administration. There will also be a “Hidden in Plain View” exhibit at the event for adults and parents only. The program includes presentations, a question and answer session and informational tables before and after. If you have any questions regarding the Community Safety Summit, please contact Lt.
