Register your cutie for this great fundraiser to support the Manchester Park PLAY Scholarship, which provides free or reduced-cost recreation programs like swim lessons & camp for children. Votes for the Cutest Kid & Pet are just $1 and we accept votes all weekend - in person and online at www.manchestermo.gov/homecoming. Email your 4x6 photo along with full name, address, phone #, and guardian. Max age of children is 2 years as of 9/10/22. No age limit for pets.
