Programs and Lessons for All Youth Scholarship


The Manchester Parks, Recreation, & Arts Department has developed a Scholarship program to assist families that are facing economic challenges, to allow their children to use the Manchester facilities and programs such as: Summer Camp, Swimming Lessons, and more. Scholarships are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Scholarship is open to area residents up to age 18, priority will be given to Manchester residents 
  • Scholarships may only cover up to 50% of a program fee 

Please fill out the application and allow 7-10 working days for processing. To be considered, applications must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to the beginning of a program. When a decision is made, we will contact you by phone at the phone number provided.

Program Guidelines

Applicant must submit a copy of last year’s Federal Form 1040 or 1040A tax return or current proof of Free and Reduced Lunch benefits letter. Below are the Adjusted Gross Income limits to qualify for this program.

Household means a group of people who may or may not be related, but who are living as one economic group. Students who are temporarily away at school should be counted as members of the household.
