Yoga 101- Monday Evening
This class is great if you are a beginner or want to get back into your practice. This class will help you develop your strength, flexibility, comfort level, and stamina as you challenge your body and mind. Six-week session. Bring your own mat, blocks will be supplied.

Yoga-Wednesday 
A Vinyasa style class that is invigorating, yet suitable for all levels. Designed to incorporate a combination of postures and fluid breath movement. End by feeling invigorated an stronger! Eight-week session. Bring your own mat, blocks will be supplied.
