Mindful Living: Good for your Health - Rescheduled

The Manchester Parks, Recreation, & Arts Department takes the issue of the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and continues to prepare responsibly. In an effort to keep everyone safe during this time, we are cancelling all programs and classes at our facility through April 30. We will update you all as things change.

Do you have high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic pain, insomnia, lots of stress? Come and learn a variety of research-supported techniques facilitated by a certified holistic stress management instructor. Learn how to ease your symptoms and lower your risk for many chronic conditions through relaxation breathing, gratitude, connecting with nature, and more. Making these things a part of your daily living can improve your health and wellness!
