Move through seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, range of movement, and stress management. Finish with restorative breathing exercises to promote mental clarity. Floor work is not done in this class. Class taught by Donna. Pre-registration is a MUST, these classes fill quickly.
