The City of Manchester has received information from the St. Louis County Assessor’s Office that their appraisers will be conducting commercial property inspections in the Manchester area starting in the next few days.

Due to COVID-19 health and safety concerns, the appraisers will follow all applicable guidelines, including wearing masks and social distancing. Appraisers will also respect all protocols for each property established by its occupants. As in past years, each appraiser will have their County ID Badge visible to the public.
