  2. Flags of Valor

    The City of Manchester is the proud caretaker of a collection of flags from the 2016 Flags of Valor display which were flown on Art Hill in Forest Park. Each of these flags holds the dog tag and photo of an American Service Member who died in theater in the War on Terror since 9/11/2001. The flags will be on display at the Veterans Memorial in Margaret Stoecker Park on the following dates: Vietnam War Veterans Day (3/29) Memorial Day (5/31) D-Day (6/6) Flag Day (6/14) PTSD Awareness Day (6/27) *(Only PTSD Flag) Independence Day (7/4) Purple Heart Day (8/7) Patriot Day (9/11) POW/MIA Day (9/17) Veteran's Day (11/11)
