Little Green Thumbs Camp

“Little Green Thumbs!” five-session preschool camp offers young children (ages 3-5) an exciting introduction to basic environmental science. Each session is devoted to different aspects of the garden, allowing children to progressively enrich their understanding of how living things grow and how they interact with the environment around them. During the course of each three-hour session, children will perform hands-on experiments, play themed games, and enjoy a snack and story related to the session’s themes. A mural will grow through the course of the program as children illustrate their latest discoveries at the close of each session. There will be no camp offered Memorial Day (Monday, May 31)

T-Ball

This class is led by park staff and parental involvement is strongly encouraged. Each child should wear tennis shoes & bring a glove. Thursdays May 20 - June 24 Tiny T-Ball Ages 3-4: Intro to T-Ball, players learn basic skills: throwing, catching, hitting from a tee, base running, and having fun! 6-6:45 p.m. Res. $42 Non-Res. $54.60 Youth T-Ball Ages 4-5: This class expands on the basics. Players will strengthen skills in throwing, catching, hitting from the tee, and base running. Children will be divided into teams to scrimmage. 6:50-7:50 p.m. Res. $48 Non-Res. $62.40
